Tools for Growing Minds
SLP Little Boundaries Mini-Packet
A worksheet packet designed to support emotional awareness, self-regulation, and healthy boundaries. Using the Silent Love Protocol's trauma-informed approach, it helps children recognize internal cues, communicate needs safely, and build self-aware coping skills.
SLP Self-Care Guide for Little Grounders
A gentle, kid friendly mini guide that helps children understand self-care as noticing their feelings, caring for their body, and choosing calming tools that help them feel safe and steady. Through simple explanations, choice-based menus, and a fill-in-the blank plan, kids learn how to build their own supportive routines and confidently respond to big feelings.
SLP Little Grounders Kit
A trauma-informed collection of sensory tools designed to help children regulate big emotions and return to a sense of safety. Grounded in the Silent Love Protocol's Safety Pause method, each item supports gentle, body-based calming through movement, touch, and choice. The kit is ideal for children who experiences overwhelm, shutdown, anxiety, or emotional spirals and benefit from simple, repeatable coping tools they can understand and use independently. It also includes access to a child-friendly boundaries and self-care guide to support emotional awareness, regulation, and self-respect at home, school, or in therapeutic settings.
SLP Teen Self-Care Guide
A practical, teen-centered guide that helps young people notice what they need before reaching burnout. It explores body check-ins, healthy relationships, boundaries, communication, digital wellness, safe people, and personal reset planning without shame or pressure to have everything figured out.
SLP Teen Grounding Guide
A practical guide designed to help teens manage stress, overwhelm, and big emotions using simple grounding techniques. Through the Silent Love Protocol's trauma-informed approach, it encourages emotional awareness and body-based calming skills that support everyday life.
I Wish They'd Understand Series [Elementary, Middle, & High School versions]
A trauma informed book series that helps children, teens, and the adults who care for them better understand what can be happening beneath behavior. These stories explore emotional shutdown, stress responses, frustration, masking, and the quiet ways many young people struggle when they no longer feel emotionally safe, understood, or regulated.

Rather than focusing only on behavior, the series centers the internal experience of the child or teen: the fear, pressure, embarrassment, exhaustion, and overwhelm that often go unseen by others. Every story is written to build empathy, strengthen connection, and create emotional safety. Because understanding creates connection, and connection creates healing.
