Hello
Hi, I’m M.P. Henry — author, educator, and the creator of Silent Love Protocol.
My work is rooted in trauma-informed healing and the belief that peace begins with safety. Through Too Much, No Longer and its companion kits, I help others turn emotional recovery into a daily practice of calm and self-trust.
This space is a reflection of that journey — an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember that you were never “too much.”
"Some parts I share freely. Some parts I hold sacred. What's here is enough to guide you — the rest lives in the work, the practice, and your own unfolding."
My Story
For years, I believed that strength meant silence. I learned to survive by shrinking, by putting others first, and by mistaking self-neglect for love.
It wasn’t until everything I had built on survival began to crumble that I realized peace couldn’t exist without safety — and safety couldn’t exist without consistency.
I’m M.P. Henry — an educator, author, and trauma survivor — and my work began in the quiet aftermath of that realization.
What started as my private notes on how to calm my nervous system during panic and emotional overload eventually became Too Much, No Longer, a self-help workbook built around a framework I call The Silent Love Protocol.
This Protocol is not just theory — it’s a lived practice.
It’s a way to teach your body calm through small, daily rituals that rebuild safety from the inside out. The companion kits and digital tools I’ve created are tangible extensions of that practice, designed to make healing accessible and consistent.
My mission is simple:
To remind others that being “too much” was never the problem — it was a misunderstood expression of a nervous system asking for care.
If my story proves anything, it’s that healing isn’t about perfection.
It’s about learning to listen to yourself — and finding peace that stays.
“Safety isn’t found — it’s practiced.”
ALWAYS KNOW
If you need me, reach out. My goal is to remind you that your healing is your own, but your journey doesn't have to be solitary.
